    licence classes:
Contractor (company), Kitchen/Bathroom/Laundry Renovation, Decorating, Painting,
Carpentry, Bricklaying, Solid Plastering (Wet Plaster), Waterproofing.
  • Specialist trades: Electrical, plumbing, fire, or engineered structural elements are
delivered by pre-qualified, appropriately licensed contractors coordinated by SPS.
  • HBCF: For residential projects where required by law, HBCF cover is arranged before
works commence and before any deposit is taken; where not required, it is excluded
    from scope and pricing.
  • Boundaries: Scope aligns with licence conditions; structural alterations are excluded
unless expressly covered and documented by suitably qualified practitioners.
